Here is an excellent short documentary piece about yours truly by my talented friend and compatriot Jeremy Midkiff. Through deft and painstaking editing, he managed to make me sound like I had half a brain, and for that I am truly grateful.
In all seriousness, it's pretty sweet, and it does a pretty good job of summing up my outlook on life/music/Lexington/etc. Also some funny middle school pictures. Enjoy!

Check it out. A few "aural remedies" for you. Cure wanderlust (sort of)! Rediscover your romantic side (maybe)!

My friend Duane Lundy of Shangri-la Productions has a new project called Ten in Twenty. Ten bands, ten songs, twenty days. The first installment was local favorite Coralee and the Townies, and this time around it's me. Check out the Ten in Twenty website for more info and a really cool video shot by Richie Wireman and edited by Jennifer Miller, and of course the excellent recording produced by Lundy.
Hey hey, check out this video of me playing a new song, which is either called "I Just Wanna Be Loved,"or "Validate My Parking," depending on who you ask. Every title is a working title. If an album were to come out, say, this Spring, and that song were on it, it would probably be called "Blushing Bards."
And yes, I am performing in a mysterious man-made cave in Louisville, thank you for asking. There should be more amazing footage from this show coming soon from my buddy Chad Stockfleth. Ben Sollee also did a set before me. Fun times.
(It's also in the "Vimeo" section.)
Hey home office boxers, listen for me in the credits of next week's BTD. Exciting!
